It would be easier to say what the Management Office doesn't do for Lakeridge residents. Our general manager, Hakki Cinel, leads and directs all Lakeridge projects and staff.. Hakki is ably assisted by Heath Leonard, Risk Manager; Barbara Zaharek, Office Coordinator; and Diane Dougal, Executive Office Assistant. Records are kept here. Monthly Board meetings and committee meetings are held here. The Security System is managed here. Busy phones are answered and messages directed to proper parties and areas from 8:00am through 4:00pm each weekday and for limited hours on weekends. Mailings, accounts payable and receivable, telephone lists, requests of all kinds – it all happens here.

 

Jeff Whipple & Jerry Sullivan

The Lakeridge Maintenance Department provides reliable and competent 24-hour maintenance service. Jerry, Jeff, and the staff take care of the common properties and the exteriors of the homes. Snow removal, landscaping, and tree maintenance – all and more are taken care of for you so that you may enjoy the venue and its amenities.

Jean Gouthier

Debbie Bombard and Jean Gouthier help to make life at Lakeridge truly “fun and games.” All activities stem from this wonderful source: parties, story groups, exercise classes, tennis, skiing, movie nights, holiday celebrations, and more. In summer additional personnel are hired to provide safety at the pools, extra lessons in tennis and swimming, and the children's day camp. And in winter there  is additional staff at the Ski Area.
